Wedding Photography is absolutely our favorite! We truly enjoy the excitement and happiness that surrounds them. It's a special day we feel privileged to relive every weekend. Being able to provide you with long lasting photographic memories is just a bonus :)

We recently won The Knot's coveted "Best of Weddings 2012" as voted by their brides. We also won WeddingWire's "Bride's Choice award 2012" which only goes to the top 5% of professionals in the United States. We are very proud of both awards :) We also strive every year to maintain our 5 star ratings on many wedding vendor websites.

Questions and Answers

How much do you charge?

Do you offer CD/DVD with images and reprint rights?
Yes! Some packages include your images on CD with print rights and some packages offer this as an add-on. Review our price list to see what works best for you.

Do you offer Engagement Pictures?
Yes. The engagement session is free with most packages and you get a free 8x10 as well. Pictures should represent both of you when you got engaged so book today. The sooner the better!

How many photos are taken during a wedding day?
There's no limit but usually 600-2500 shots are taken. The amount of proofs you receive depends on your package. These extra shots are not deleted, but are backed up and saved should you want to view or purchase every single shot taken.

Our church does not allow flash photography during the ceremony. Is this a problem?
Not at all. We never use flash during the ceremony and shoot from a distance to avoid distractions.

Do you use special effects such as black and white, sepia or other filters?
Yes, but all special effects are added later digitally. We usually pick out a few photos and suggest suitable effects but you are free to choose anything you want with each enlarged photo.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Contact us so we can setup a custom pay plan that works for you. You can also make payments at anytime through your account on our website online.

Do you offer discounts for Non-Saturday Weddings?
Yes. 20% off any photography package 3 or higher, Discount prices are listed here.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes. Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Checks and money orders are also accepted.

What type of equipment do you use?
All current events/shoots are taken digitally. Only professional grade digital cameras are used. Backup equipment is always on site and ready to go.

Do you swap or switch photographers without notice?
No we do not swap, switch or send someone you're not expecting. The photographer you sign with is the photographer you get.

How many weddings have you been involved with?
Ben himself works 45-60 weddings a year. As a studio we shoot around 300 per year.

How do we view our proofs?
Then Depending on your package you will receive a proof book as well as password protected online proofing and ordering system.

How many hours do you include in your wedding packages?
Depends on the package you choose. Most do not have a time limit.

How fast do we get our proofs or prints back?
Most weddings we are able to get your photos online within a week. Depending on current workload 2-3 weeks for your wedding proof book. Prints and enlargements usually take about 1-2 weeks. Final wedding album design and printing usually takes a bit longer and all depends on how many changes need to be made during the design process. Once the design process is over it can take 3-6 weeks. Our albums are custom made and take longer than any of our other products to produce.

Do you print your own photos?
No. We use a professional lab that specializes in high quality long lasting prints. All prints come pre-cut with lustre coating. These are not cheap computer prints or economy type prints from a one hour photo lab.

How far will you travel for weddings?
Travel is not a problem. Anything beyond a 1 hour drive may require travel charges. Destination Weddings are also considered.

How long before the wedding ceremony do you show up?
Generally we will show up 2 hours before the ceremony at the church. This is a detail we will discuss depending on where both the bride and groom are getting ready and when. If time permits multiple locations before the ceremony are possible.

What style do you shoot in?
A well-balanced mix of posed, formal and candid photos.

Can we visit your studio before we book?
Of course! A big part of creating a great photograph is being able to work comfortably together. There is no better way than to sit down in our studio and discuss your wedding day.

More Options
All standard sizes as well as custom size prints available. Black and White, Sepia, Canvas prints and printing on metal are also available. DVD Wedding Day Slide Shows and Photo CD's are great add-on's. And additional proof books make excellent gifts for parents. A new MUST HAVE addition is the Photo Booth!
